The house was absolutely wonderful for my family of 16. We had our own room and bathroom. Short walk to beach. Nice pool and game room. I would suggest replacing the carpet with wood/tile. Main family room tv was bad. We had it maintenance but there was no improvement. Owners sent a delicious cake which was nice touch and we all enjoyed it!

We were a group of 12 vacationing in the Outer Banks. We looked at many places while planning and chose this one. It looked like it would be perfect for our needs, and it turned out to be exactly that! Access to the beach and pier is so easy walking on a boardwalk path. The pool was warm and sized right. The hot tub was a nice place to start the morning, or wind down at night.One of our party was concerned they would not have a good bedroom, but it turns out there is not a bad bedroom in the house. ALL bedrooms have there own private bathroom. There are 2 prime king rooms on the top level that are very nice, but the main kitchen and living area are on the floor as well. If you have early risers in your group like we did, the late sleepers may want one of the many rooms on the second floor. Myself and spouse ended up on the first floor which everyone else overlooked, and it was like we had our own quiet private suite down there. The location is near anything you may need, be it groceries, Walmart, restaurants, brewpubs/ bars, water parks, mini golf, etc etc. The house is well kept, and was very clean upon our arrival. Check in was easy by using a door code. There were plenty of towels, and pool towels provided. Basic starter items (TP, paper towels, dish soap etc) are all provided to get you through the first night while you assess your needs for a trip to Walmart. There is plenty of room to congregate together, or to find yourself a quiet place away from any drama.

We had a great time! Easy access to the beach. (16) of us had plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils. Upstairs living room was big enough for all of us to eat together. Decks on each floor were in great shape. Pool was awesome. I would recommend.
