We had a wonderful time in Cottonwood. We weren't at the house a whole lot but when we were, the pool and hot tub were the highlight of the night! The house had everything we needed and very comfortable for the 4 of us. Thank you again! We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone in the area!

The house was clean and the communication was great. The only improvement could be in the kitchen and lighting. They could improve the kitchen utensils. It was a bit challenging when cooking meals. Lamps ands brighter light bulbs would help. We did not use the pool or hot tub but they seemed to be in good shape.

Lisa was very prompt and courteous in replying to our message/concern. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly and she very quickly arranged for someone to come out and take care of it. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant.

House is beautiful, but could be cleaner. Fridge, dishes and pool / spa could use TLC. The pots and pans all had food residue on them. There is not guest info log, just poorly written “notes” around the house. The pool constantly has the hose and “bot” in it. The WI-FI and trash directions were outdated - trash was full. AC had a control on it to set temp no lower than 68
