This is our fourth time here. The location is spot on, right across from the ocean. Rooms are always clean and the beds are so comfortable. We already have our trip booked for next year. If you have a chance to go to Cali, check this place out!

You can’t beat the location, literally just steps to the beach and three blocks from Carlsbad Village. Very walkable to shops and restaurants. The condo itself was not great. The beds were very comfortable which is important but furniture and decor is very dated. The shower was not functioning properly so half the water continued to go right down the drain, very wasteful.
The control for the light/ceiling fan in the main bedroom didn’t work. You couldn’t use the disposal in the kitchen sink due to clogging issue. We were in a downstairs unit with no view and the noise from upstairs foot steps, toilet flushing etc. was no bueno. I would stay at this complex again but would definitely want an upstairs unit with a better view.
