The owners Sergio and Angela were very kind and made themselves available, whenever we needed them. Their lovely villa is comfortable, well equipped and independent from the second floor of the house. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, but we did not use it because the house is naturally cool. Just air it out at night. The windows and doors to the garden are all equipped with mosquito nets, which is very useful. The house has two bathrooms with a shower each. Very convenient, especially for taking a shower after a day at the beach with the family.
Nothing is missing in the kitchen electric oven, gas fireplace, fridge, dishwasher, utensils, microwave, services etc. The wifi is fast and works well. The nearest beach is a 3 min drive. There are many beautiful beaches only 7-10 min drive away. The owners lent us an beach umbrella, chairs, and air mattress for our son. Bathrobes and towels in sufficient number. There is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms where you can do your laundry. There is a plancha available on the terrace.
The villa has a nice terrace with flowers, with a beautiful view of the sea and the Chia tower. The garden and the exterior are very well maintained. A parking space is available in the property just after the gate. The environment is residential and very quiet.
