Newly built villa with a private pool, located in a very quiet area in the Son Blanc residential community, 1 km from Ciutadella. Located between Platja Gran Beach (900 meters away, a 10-minute walk) and Sa Caleta Beach (400 meters away, a 5-minute walk).
The home is entirely on the first floor. It covers an area of 120 m² on a 630 m² lot. The layout consists of an entryway, two bedrooms (one with twin beds measuring 90x200 cm, and one with a double bed measuring 150x200 cm), a bathroom, a kitchen, and a large living-dining room with large windows opening onto the rear terrace.
It features a spacious cobblestone patio at the front, and at the back, a fenced-in swimming pool surrounded by a large landscaped area with artificial turf.
The entire house enjoys plenty of natural light.
It features air conditioning throughout the house (bedrooms, kitchen, and dining room/living room), reverse osmosis water, 2-meter-long beds, and Wi-Fi throughout the house, on the terrace, and in the pool area.

Lovely villa - modern, comfortable and well-equipped - and a fantastic host. Juan couldn't have been more helpful and hospitable and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again.
