Combining vintage character with modern comfort, this welcoming three-bedroom holiday home is the perfect base for families, couples, and friends looking to experience the beauty of Lake Taupo.

Set on a spacious section with a large wraparound deck, Sixties Cedar Bach invites you to slow down and enjoy the relaxed pace of lake life. Catch glimpses of Lake Taupo from the deck, fire up the BBQ on sunny afternoons, and gather outdoors with a cold drink while the kids enjoy the expansive backyard. Surrounded by mature trees and native greenery, this is a spot made for unwinding.

Inside, the bright open-plan living area creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, with colourful retro touches celebrating the home's unique personality. Comfortable furnishings and large windows fill the space with natural light, while the wood-burning fireplace creates the perfect setting for cosy winter evenings after a day of exploring the region.

The master bedroom features a king bed and private ensuite, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed. A third bedroom with two king single beds provides flexibility for families and groups, comfortably accommodating everyone.

Located just a two-minute walk from the lake's edge, you'll have easy access to swimming, kayaking, boating, and lakeside strolls. Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate being only 15 minutes from Turangi, renowned for world-class trout fishing, while Taupo's cafés, shops, and attractions are an easy scenic drive away.

Whether you're planning outdoor adventures, fishing trips, or simply a relaxing escape by the water, Sixties Cedar Bach offers a laid-back and memorable Lake Taupo getaway with plenty of classic Kiwi charm.
As there is a terraced garden area at the back of the property (pictured) adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe.
