Noise from other tenants was a problem. Couch was not comfortable. A microwave would be helpful and written instructions for use of washing machine. Instructions were available online. It was clean and very usable.

What a beautiful apartment with a cafe right outside the door. Plenty of room for the 4 of us! Great location even though it was not the center of Paris. The Metro was only around the corner and took us into the city in just a few minutes. Definitely worth the money so safe and quiet. The host was very helpful and easy to ask questions very quick to respond
