The property had a great location next to the lake. Our boys were able to fish each day. Restaurants and stores were within walking distance. The house was fine for the number of people, however the sofa beds were very uncomfortable. In fact, all the beds could use bed toppers at the very least for better comfort. Loved the Mstr bath heater. So cozy.

Location was very centralized for walking around town. Very clean. Only complaint is every door was squeaky.

Perfect location for June Lake. Great view. Close proximity to amenities and activities. 30 mins to Yosemite east entrance. This property is outdated and poorly maintained. Some examples are: 3 light bulbs out in kitchen, both showers back up when used, main stovetop burner doesn’t work, ice maker slow at making ice and toilet paper holder broken. Unfortunately had a mice problem but PM responded with a trap the next morning and we got one before we left. PM answered all
calls but we were not given a host to deal with directly. Anyone that is use to an up to date, clean and decorative place, this isn’t the one. It is just poorly maintained and an old place.
