You and your guests will love your time on South Padre Island. We can't wait for you to make yourself at home in our beachfront vacation home. Our beachfront balcony has a view of the beach, resort amenities, and lush green lawns. You can sit out there and enjoy the view or a good book. Our kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped to host your meals. The dining area seats 6, with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Our kitchen has full-size appliances and beautiful countertops. While you're here, visit the charming local grocery Blue Marlin and stock up on all the groceries your family loves. The VIPS in your group will love the private primary bedroom suite with a bathroom and walk-in shower. The primary boasts a view of the beach and resort amenities, room to unpack, and a mounted TV. Our second bedroom is a relaxing space with a closet, TV, and ocean-blue accents. With a guest bathroom off the main living area, you and your guests won't have to queue to rinse off the sand and get ready for a night on the town - South Padre Island style. WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

Construction Notice: Saida III is scheduled for exterior concrete repairs and painting from September 17, 2026, through early March 2027. Work will progress around the building in sections, generally beginning on the parking-lot side, moving to the beachfront balconies from mid-November through mid-January, and finishing on the right end wall. During active work, guests may experience construction noise, dust, barricaded areas, and scaffolding or workers outside windows and balconies. Due to the size and scope of this project, we are unable to provide an exact schedule for specific area or balcony closures at this time. Dates are approximate and may change due to weather or project conditions.
POLICIES & INFO
-We strictly enforce guest capacity.
-This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
The City of South Padre Island License Number is 2023-0568.

The property was beautifully decorated, accurately described. Great view of sunrise and pools. Towels and linens were clean. Enjoyed the provided tent for the beach! Heavy to carry through sand...will need a wagon or cart. Drawbacks: Dryer did not completely dry clothes after three attempts...kept stopping early, the bathroom vents can stand a paint refresh or full replacement. Fan and light in master didn't work. After several tries, I gave up. Used headboard lighting. There was also a power failure, lack of internet , and tvs play on same channel. Pools were nice, cold ac, outdoor furniture needs updating. But overall, good.

Comfortable, clean and convenient. Easy access to pools and beach, beautiful sunrise views from the balcony, well stocked kitchen. I only have a few complaints- the bathrooms need permanent towel hooks/hangers (the “command” hooks kept falling down) and the bathrooms could use some deep cleaning at the exhaust/fan vents.

The property was beautiful! Getting items such as extra garage bags, dishwasher tabs etc was more challenging without having direct access; it would have been nice to have those items in the room!

Dryer needs to be vented…when we ran it the bedroom became very hot.Fan above the bed, in the master bedroom, needs ti have the ability to be turned on even though the light isn’t on.
