Treat yourself to a holiday in a class of its own in this charming holiday home with pool.

The newly built Villa Patrick welcomes you in a rustic yet modern ambience. Wooden beams, natural stone and a comfortable sofa area invite you to spend relaxing hours in the living room, watch films together or simply enjoy the beautiful view outside. On cool evenings, you can light the fireplace and cosily immerse yourself in your holiday reading.

Refresh yourself at any time in the pool and then relax with a cool drink. The youngest guests can let off steam on the trampoline to their heart's content, while you prepare a crispy meal for yourself and your loved ones on the barbecue. Spend cosy evenings in the pavilion and round off the day with a glass of wine.

Explore Pazin in the heart of Istria and experience the spectacular gorge at the Pazin Grotto, which you can also discover on a ride on the zip line from lofty heights. On hot summer days, enjoy refreshing hours by the Pazinica stream, where shady spots and natural bathing areas invite you to cool off. Visit the town's numerous churches and historical buildings and gain an insight into the cultural history of the region. You can also use Pazin as a starting point for excursions to the surrounding nature parks and the green countryside of central Istria.
