Very clean and comfortable. Good communication with host.

This was one of our favorite places we've stayed. The house obviously has a rich history and is nearly victorian in style. High ceilings, spacious rooms, an excellent kitchen and dining room, a sun room, a lovely pond and garden... it was the kind of place you enjoy returning to and feel rested after staying. The location couldn't be better either: safe, a couple blocks from a walkable downtown, and still close enough to the freeway that it felt like an excellent jumping off point for visiting the redwoods, Ferndale, and Eureka.

Very comfortable home in a great location. Host was very thorough and timely in communications. Looking forward to the next time we can stay here.

Good location- right next to down town. Nice large old style home. Would definitely stay again
