Part of what made our stay in Nice so great was the location of this apartment. In Oldtown with so many streets to wander down and also minutes from the water. Walking distance from so many things and also close enough to the tram and buses. We loved our stay here.

Perfect location. In the old town, and quiet at night. It's near the beach and flower market, and has so many good restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was great for our family of 4. The kids room has wide bunk beds which they loved, kitchen was well equipped and bathroom was good. It's on the third floor and stairs are quite steep, but fine if you're active. Great location for a stay in Nice.

Very clean and great location! We struggled to connect to the WiFi. This is in the heart of Old Town, which has great access to shops, restaurants, and the promenade, but expect a little night time noise.

Very nice apartment, well maintained and outfitted. Only huge prowess no air conditioning, which was unbearable for us so we left a day early. Also, if you have big heavy luggage as we did, the 6 flights of stairs was a pain. But great, comminicative host
