We came to the Charlotte area for my daughter’s wedding. Ty’s home was ideal for our large family and the location was ideal. It was a great place to enjoy separate spaces or gather together. The house was absolutely beautiful and it was peaceful to sip morning coffee out on the porch while watching the blue heron hunt for fish in the water. Ty was a super responsive host and left a welcome gift for the bride, which was very thoughtful. If you have a chance to stay here, I would highly recommend it.

We were gathering for a reunion of friends from a nearby college. While the weather did not cooperate for all of our outdoor adventures, the house had plenty of space and entertainment options to keep all of our crew happy. The pool/spa were very popular amongst the group. And the ample amount of space for cooking and dining together indoors and outdoors was perfect for our low-maintenance needs. We can't thank Ty and the team enough. They were the epitome of southern hospitality throughout our stay.

Very clean and expansive. There was so much space for the families to spread out. Host extremely responsive to any question. The kids loved the movie room at night.

Wonderful time. Great location. Very spacious, lovely home and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool. It made for a great stay of bonding and getting closer.
