2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Parking passes are purchased at the front desk upon arrival (limit 2).
4. Pets are NOT allowed.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Our visit to Orange Beach staying at The Lighthouse on the Bay was amazing! The condo was clean and all was exactly as shown on the VRBO site. The property was lovely and the view of Alabama Point perfect for watching boats and in our case fireworks for the 4th of July. Our family spent many hours in the fun lazy river. Checking in and out was a breeze with clear instructions. Would recommend it to others.

We really enjoyed our stay there.It was beautiful, clean, and comfortable.We will definitely book it again in the future. The price was on the higher side, and we hope to receive a better deal for our next booking.
