This unique 3 bedroom 3 bath vacation rental offers a 2-car garage and is located in the luxury townhome community, Cearra Del Ray. Located on the west side of A1A, seconds from the white sandy beach, Cearra Del Ray's convenient location offers easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment venues, and all that New Smyrna Beach has to offer. The Cearral Del Ray offers a beautiful resort-style swimming pool with an outdoor shower area, as well as several convenient beach walkovers nearby. You will love this quiet, beachside retreat!
Art lovers and beachgoers alike will love this beautifully spacious townhome. The Cearra Dey Ray features over 2,000 square feet of living space, an open floor plan, tile throughout, and 2-levels of luxury living. This tastefully decorated townhome features beautiful artwork and special touches throughout.
Located on the 2nd level, the spacious living room offers a leather recliner sofa, large smart TV, and sliders to the balcony offering sneak peaks of the ocean You will love the large gourmet kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals for the family. The dining room, just off the kitchen, offers plenty of seating for everyone with additional seating at the kitchen island for four. Two bedrooms are also located on the 2nd level. One bedroom features a queen size bed and ensuite bath with tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom features a king-size bed and full bath located just outside in the hallway with a walk-in shower.
Downstairs on the 1st level guests will find the master suite featuring a king-size bed, desk, and sliders to the patio. The private spa-like bath features a large walk-in closet, granite countertops, jetted tub, and a walk-in shower.
The Artsy Adobe features cable TV, WiFi, a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer, and all your linens are supplied. Beach essentials include beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella with a beach cart to pull those items to the beach. Family fun items include board games and books. This well-equipped townhome also features a queen size Aerobed Air Mattress allowing for additional sleeping arrangements for 2 additional guests. 8 guests max. Bring your furry friend along! This unit is pet-friendly, 20lb max.

One of the most beautiful places we have visited. Beautifully decorated with plenty of amenities. Location was perfect. The ocean was just across the street. The pool was conveniently located right beside the home. We had a wonderful time.

The place was fully stocked especially kitchen tools. Place stated 3 kings it’s actually 2 kings and a queen. Master bath had mold in shower. All toilets were moldy under the rim. Shower pressure in one upstairs bathroom was a trickle and towel bar in other bath was broken ( though it appears fine). Ice make in kitchen did not work. I requested late check out however on day of departure agent called me and was quite rude and stated my request was not noted.
