A wonderful stay in superb accommodation. Having booked many months ago we were looking forward to our stay and it did not disappoint. There are some super places to visit and some lovely restaurants. We had our groceries delivered to the property which was extremely convenient. The beds and quality of the bed sheets are superb. The showers in the bathrooms were excellent. The owners have provided everything you need for a lovely relaxed stay. We would recommend a stay at Boghead to our family and friends and we would have loved to stay longer. The accommodation is spotless and the kitchen has everything you require. It was so warm during our stay we didn’t need to use the heating. There was plenty of parking and the use of the BBQ was great. The views are superb. Thank you for such as enjoyable, relaxed holiday.

This is a modern, well-equipped barn renovation. Each bedroom has its own ensuite, which made it easy for our group of 4. The owner is on site, as this is a working farm. We enjoyed seeing him working the sheep with his dogs. He was quick to share information about his farming and about the attractions in the area. It is a rural location, which is what we wanted. There are grocery stores, a CO-OP and an ASDA not too far away (11 miles?) so we could get anything we needed, but we enjoyed being in farming country. The largest bedroom has a super king bed, and a wet room that is equipped for disabled. The owners have taken care that it is designed to be accessible (although we did not require that feature). We would definitely recommend this property, and would come again if we return to the area.
