The cottage comes fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped for comfort. The spacious driveway and garage provide private parking, and inside you'll find free WiFi and cable. The first floor opens into a welcoming living room with a large flat‑screen TV, surround sound, and streaming capabilities. A full kitchen and dining area offer plenty of room to cook and gather. Two guest bedrooms are located on this level—one with a queen bed and another with a full‑and‑twin bunk setup. A doggie door off the kitchen leads to the fenced backyard, giving your four‑legged family member easy access to play and explore.

We provide two towel sets per bedroom, along with a starter supply of toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed.

- The large driveway accommodates up to four vehicles.
- Beach gear and bikes are not included, but concierge rentals are available and delivered directly to the home. Baby gear rentals (cribs, pack‑and‑plays, strollers, etc.) are also offered through our guest app.
- During peak summer season (May–September), early check‑ins and late check‑outs are not available due to high turnover volume. Please plan to follow the 4:00 PM check‑in and 10:30 AM check‑out times.
