Welcome to our bright, walkout daylight-basement studio with beautiful mountain views and a private backyard entrance. It’s a peaceful home base for ski days, city adventures, or a relaxing getaway.

* Lots of natural light from large windows and a sliding glass door
* Queen bed + sofa bed (sleeps up to 4)
* Fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, A/C + heat
* Shared hot tub (perfect after a long day)
* Shared washer/dryer in the hallway outside the studio
* Off-street parking
**Inside the studio**
* Cozy seating area
* Full bathroom (shower + hair dryer)
* **Full kitchen** with fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, and utensils
**Location highlights**
* ~17 miles to Salt Lake City International Airport
* ~22 miles to Snowbird and other top ski resorts
* ~22 miles to downtown Salt Lake City
* Close to Riverton dining, grocery stores, and shopping
* Under 2 miles to the light rail station (car recommended, but not required)
**Guest access**
Private entry from the backyard. Stairs required.

* No pets
* Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM
* Max occupancy: 4 guests

This place is in a wonderful location. It is easy to walk the trail or around the neighborhood. The studio stayed cool, and we enjoyed our time there. At times it did get loud above us, but we would stay here again!

We had an enjoyable stay- everything we needed was available. We had one small issue and texted the owner and they immediately responded and helped solve our problem. We’d definitely stay here again when we’re in the area

Everything was beautiful!! The property, the space, the views!! Couldn't have asked for more. Anything you could possibly think of was available. I loved how high tech it was too. The oven sings to you when it's preheated lol. The hosts are extremely quick to respond and so helpful with questions!! If we're in the area again absolutely will look forward to staying here!!!!
