Accessible by elevator or stairs, this level has 3 coastal-inspired bedrooms.
• Bedroom 1: Ocean views, King bed, Smart TV, deck access, and private en suite.
• Bedroom 2: Oceanfront King with Smart TV and access to shared bath.
• Bedroom 3: Two XL Twin beds, Smart TV, and shared bath access.
You’ll also find a laundry area to keep those beach towels fresh!

Level Two –
Gather with your crew in the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area that showcases stunning Atlantic views. The fully-stocked gourmet kitchen includes stainless appliances, a dine-at island, coffee makers (Keurig & drip), fridge with ice maker, bonus refrigerated drawers, and more. Relax in the cool coastal living room with Roku TV, or enjoy dinner and a movie in the dining space with its own TV. There's also a half bath on this level. And don’t miss the covered oceanfront deck – the perfect perch for sunset happy hour.

Ride the elevator or take the stairs up to your top-floor sanctuary.

-You are staying at a Keyless Vacation Rental but MUST stop by our AB office to obtain your overflow parking pass and garage door opener. See Item #6 on your Rental Agreement for Directions.

-The overflow parking spots are numbered to correspond with the unit to which you are staying. 1 car can fit in the garage and 1 overflow space is provided. 2 Cars MAX.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
