This is our second year renting this beautiful home. It’s a quick walk from the college and a park/splash pad for kids. You can easily access food, stores and other activities on foot. We had great communication and all the amenities you need when studying for a week at the college.

Loved the place - couple of suggestions: laundry area at back door could use a rug of some type- it was rainy and seemed like we were bringing in a lot of dirt - hard to keep floor clean! Also need instructions for tv- we are not all techies nor do we subscribe to a streaming service! Garbage disposal would be good.

The cottage was perfect four our first time in Oregon and our first time in Willamette Valley. The cottage is walking distance to the Newberg downtown restaurants and easy access to hundreds of nearby wineries! Our host was very responsive, and the check-in/checkout process was easy.
