>Parking: 1st parking space is located next to garage 3 will fit a small car (there is a small trailer parked there). 2nd parking space outside the gate on the pine needles. 3rd space available next to garage 2, 4th and 5th spaces available on the pine needles located in front of the home on the north side of the property in front of the gate or inside Garage 2.
>The dock area is strictly off-limits. Walking on or around the dock, fishing, or gathering/hanging out in this area is not permitted.

The property has 3 separate units - Bridge Tender (1st Floor - Unit 1), Lions View (Entire 2nd Floor - Unit 2). And Unit 3 is occupied by a long-term tenant.
