The condo's master bedroom has a king bed and beautiful views of the Gulf, The 2nd bedroom has a plush king bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 comfortable queen beds. All bedrooms also have a flat panel LCD HD SmartTV's . There is also a sofa sleeper in the living are providing sleeping accommodations for 10. (It is recommended the sofa sleeper not be used by adults)
From the time you step out of your car and enter the grand lobby, you will feel you are in a tropical paradise. This unit is located in the best location in the building, from the large patio, master bedroom, and family room you will have amazing views of the Gulf.
Enjoy a swim in the lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find a large state of the art exercise room. The utility room is furnished with a full size washer and dryer. You have covered parking in the garage.
The Large balconies provide incredible views of the Gulf that span for miles along pristine white beaches and clear blue waters In addition, Phoenix Orange Beach offers a lazy river water feature.

The room was beautiful, and the view was great.
I am so glad we decided to go with the Patterson's condo, we didn't have any problems and Mr. and Mrs. Patterson were very nice. The condo was everything they said it would be and more. We have no complaints. The staff at Phoenix was helpful and check-in went smooth. There is plenty for you to do, the tennis court was nice and there is a indoor and outdoor pool as well as a kiddie pool that worked out well for us because we have two small children. Our family plans to visit Orange beach again next summer and we would love to stay in the Patterson Condo again.'

I stayed with me daughter grandson and brother and his family and we absolutely loved the open space of the condo and that all three rooms had their own bathrooms! The kids especially enjoyed the slide and lazy river! The air conditioning worked wonderfully and the condo was close to many things! Only thing i would recommend is to put privacy blinds in the two rooms facing the hallway bc the curtains were not able to make the room dark enough at night time.

We booked this condo for two nights, and within five minutes of walking through the door, we were already wishing we had booked a longer stay. The condo is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any availability to extend our trip, but we absolutely would have stayed another night or two if we could have. Our teens especially loved the lazy river and hot tubs! We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Overall, the condo was as described and had several positives, but there are some areas that need improvement.Pros:Amazing view from the condo.Plenty of space for our group of 6 adults and 2 children.Comfortable beds.Cons:The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. The comforter in the primary bedroom appeared dirty from previous guests and was unusable. The kitchen potholders were also dirty, and the floors did not seem thoroughly cleaned.The starter supplies were very limited. The kitchen had only one towel and washcloth, and each bathroom had just two towels and washcloths, with no extra toilet paper provided. While I understand the concept of starter supplies, a few additional essentials would improve the guest experience.There were also maintenance issues. The garbage disposal and stove light did not work. A maintenance employee who came to check a reported leak said someone would return to address the disposal issue, but no one did. Also False 3:30 AM fire alarm.The resort itself seemed to have management challenges. The pool was closed frequently due to reported lightning, even when weather conditions appeared clear and nearby pools remained open. Wristbands were not being checked at the pool and lazy river, resulting in overcrowding and many unsupervised children.The condo offers excellent views, ample space, and comfortable accommodations, but improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and resort operations would make for a much better experience.
