Florence is just around the corner, while Siena, San Gimignano, Arezzo, and numerous other small medieval villages can all be reached in less than an hour.
For those who love nature and tranquility, this is a true paradise, perfect for wonderful walks, horseback riding, or e-bike excursions (available for rent upon request).
Nearby, you will find the Sant'Antonio Forest Protected Natural Area and the Vallombrosa woods, home to a famous abbey. About an hour away—a delight for both children and adults—lies the well-known Poppi Zoo.

THE PROPERTY
Villa Dependance is located within a fully fenced area, inaccessible to the general public. The house consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom (with a toilet, sink, and shower), a spacious living area, and a fully equipped kitchen—featuring a delightful wood-fired oven.
The property includes a private courtyard with a barbecue and a dedicated outdoor parking space. It is part of a larger estate that houses two other villas and a swimming pool (which is fenced off).
Free WiFi is available, with the signal covering the entire property.

SERVICES
Maite, Michela, and Beatrice are on-site at the complex’s central villa from 6:30 AM to 9:30 PM.
Always discreet and never intrusive, they are fully available to provide tourist information and assist with a range of paid services, including:

GETTING AROUND
If you plan to explore the region, a car is highly recommended.
If, however, you simply wish to go shopping or perhaps visit Florence, we can arrange—for a small additional fee—to take you to "The Mall" or to the Rignano sull’Arno-Reggello train station. When planning your stay, you should be well aware that public transport is very inadequate and that there is no taxi service at all; there are only a few private car services (NCC) operating in the area, but you need to contact them a few days in advance.
