Backyard
Light the fire pit, turn on the string lights and cook on the gas grill. There's an outdoor dining table for 8, sun loungers, seating on the wraparound patio and a lawn for kids to play, plus lawn volleyball and other life size games. The fence is well kept, so dogs can be out off leash.

Large windows, comfortable seating, a large TV with streaming and built-in shelves stocked with books.

Kitchen and dining
Stainless steel appliances with an induction stove, dishwasher, Keurig, blender and rice maker. Dishes, coffee and tea are provided. The dining table seats 8, with more seating at the breakfast bar.

Bedrooms and baths
- Bedroom 1: king bed with its own bathroom
- Bedroom 2: queen bed plus a twin-over-full bunk. The lower full fits an adult. The top twin is best for kids
- 2 bathrooms, including a bathtub, stocked with Bath and Body Works shampoo, conditioner and body soap
- Closet space, including a walk-in, plus a dresser, hair dryer, iron, and extra pillows and blankets

Parking
- Free street parking as well as the driveway
- Room for one more car behind the locked backyard gate. Keys are inside the house

Neighborhood
Beacon Hill is a Neighborhood Conservation District with some of the most distinctive homes in San Antonio. Locally owned restaurants, coffee shops and public art are within walking distance, and Beacon Hill Linear Park is about a 10 minute walk.
