Second closest of all Powder Run penthouses to the Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley Resort. The Ski School is the first Lodge building you come to when walking from the unit. Spectacular views of the resort from the deck and inside. Soaring ceilings in living room and both master suites.
There are two large master suites with their own tubs and en-suite bathrooms including rain showers. The kids will love the loft with two twin beds, their own TV and huge recliner for relaxing as well as en-suite bathroom including shower.
Superb close-up view of Snow Park Lodge and ski-lifts in Lower Deer Valley to assess the days conditions. Located 100 yards from the Lodge it is perfectly located for the kids Ski School. The condo elevator is nearest to the Snow Park Lodge. A few steps down take you to the road. You can walk to the lift in minutes from leaving your front door. Store your skis in the free overnight ski storage and walk home.
After a full day skiing, relax in the new hot tub located on the outside deck and watch the last skiers return to the lodge and the light fade. Hi speed Wifi, music and an instant gas fireplace gives you the best of evening relaxation.
For meals, we have all the amenities of your own kitchen needed to cook up a feast. For less effort, Snow Park Lodge and St Regis (up the funicular, next door) has excellent dining or you can catch the free-shuttle at the Snow Park Lodge to Park City Main Street (10mins) for a top-rated gastronomic adventure!
Covered parking with direct access to the elevator. The unit is only second door from the elevator on the top floor.

We loved the short walk to the lifts and the nightly hot tub at sunset. This is a wonderful place for families. Thank you!

This condo is all about location, location, location! It couldn't be any better for both views and convenience to Deer Valley, area shuttle, etc. The unit is showing some age, and we didn't find the furniture to be very comfortable, but it didn't have a big impact on our overall experience. We really enjoyed the hot tub!
