It is a 10–15-minute walk from the port of Cap d’Agde, with its restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours, shops and main road, as well as 10 minutes from Luna Park and its nightclubs, and 10 minutes from Richelieu Beach.

You have access to 2 private parking spaces, including a charging point for electric vehicles, as well as storage for your bicycles.

- Bed linen, towels and beach towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- Pets are allowed, subject to a surcharge of €20 per stay (only one pet permitted); please specify this when booking.
