Please note, the apartment is on the ground floor, facing the road, which may result in occasional noise in the living room.

It was in a quiet location, walking distance to most of the must see spots, plenty of restaurants near by and the host responded to inquiries right away.

Initial impression was not great. We arrived around 11:30am, retrieved the key from the lock box and went inside to store our bags. The place was tidy but not clean, so we contacted Lavoie Maison to let them know we arrived and inquired about cleaning. They responded that our reservation was cancelled and we would need to pay in order to have it cleaned and check in. I sent them our payment confirmation and after almost an hour we were told that they had made a mistake and would send a cleaner. When we returned for 2:00pm check-in the cleaner was there and said he would be done in an hour. the clearners were finally done at 3:30pm.
