The Lowell House is a renovated five-bedroom Old Town Park City vacation home, a 3-5 minute downhill walk from Park City Mountain Village, with three king bedrooms, two bunk rooms, five full bathrooms, two family rooms, a private covered hot tub, and dining for 14.

DESCRIPTION

The Lowell House is a five-bedroom Old Town Park City home about a 3–5 minute downhill walk from Park City Mountain Village and about 10 minutes on foot from Historic Main Street. Three king bedrooms, two bunk rooms, five full bathrooms, two separate family rooms, and a private hot tub on a covered patio make it especially well suited to multigenerational families and groups who want walk-to-ski convenience with room to spread out.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT

• 3-5 minute downhill walk to Skiing and Park City Mountain Village

• About a 10-minute walk to Historic Main Street

• Three king bedrooms + two bunk rooms

• Five full bathrooms

• Two separate family rooms

The home sleeps up to 12 guests across three king bedrooms and six twin beds. All five bathrooms are full baths, giving larger groups plenty of flexibility during busy ski mornings and evenings at home.

The dining table seats 10, with four additional seats at the adjacent breakfast bar, so the entire group can eat together.

THE HOME

The main family room features vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, a gas fireplace, a smart HDTV, and an open connection to the kitchen and dining area.

The recently refreshed kitchen includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and generous prep space for group meals.

Downstairs, a second family room with a large sectional, Smart TV, and Xbox gives larger groups another place to gather or spread out. It is particularly useful for multiple families or different generations traveling together.

The private hot tub sits outside on a covered patio, making it easy to enjoy after skiing even when the snow is coming down.

Skis and snowboards can be stored in the garage or entry area, keeping winter gear organized and out of the main living spaces.

LOCATION & SKI ACCESS

Park City Mountain Village is about a 3 to 5 minute downhill walk from the home, putting skiing, lessons, rentals, and après-ski within easy reach without requiring a car.

When snow conditions permit, experienced skiers may be able to ski back toward the home via the Kings Crown area. This route is unmarked, ungroomed, and not appropriate for beginners, and it still requires a short walk to the home. Ski-back access is conditions-dependent and should never be considered guaranteed.

Historic Main Street is about a 10-minute walk for restaurants, galleries, shopping, nightlife, and the Egyptian Theatre. The walk from the home is downhill; the return is uphill.

With both Park City Mountain and Main Street within walking distance, many guests can leave the car parked for much of their stay. Park City’s free transit system provides additional connections throughout town, including Deer Valley and Canyons Village.

In summer, the same Old Town location provides convenient access to Park City Mountain activities, hiking, biking, Main Street, and seasonal events.

PARKING & GOOD TO KNOW

Parking is available for two vehicles in tandem: one in the private garage and one in the driveway directly behind it. You must move the driveway vehicle before the garage vehicle can leave.

The home spans three levels. Guests enter at the garage level and descend through the home by stairs. There is no elevator, so the property may not be the best fit for guests with limited mobility.

Additional amenities include mini-split air conditioning throughout, high-speed WiFi, full-size in-home laundry, Smart TVs, and self check-in.

We had a wonderful stay, the room was more that we expected, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The location was perfect to both the main lifts and main street. We would highly recommend.

excited to travel with family to park city for two nights. unfortunately did not have a seamless stay as hoped. the property was in a good location, with easy access to main street. rooms were big and beds we’re comfortable. wifi and cable did not work the entire first day and a half of our stay. while the maintenance and property managers were trying to fix it, they did not offer any solutions or help us out in any way. eventually we got the wi-fi to work on our own however it was tarnishing on our stay, especially with young children and people trying to work. there were A LOT of stairs at the property, all rooms are at least two flights down which was tough. overall we had a fine experience but would not stay again.
