Pirate Daze is a wonderful 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath home with a Bonus Game Room, adorned with a Fun, Pirate Theme and hosts many hidden treasures in and out! Pirate Daze is nestled in the Surfside Community off Fort Morgan Road, away from the heavy traffic of Gulf Shores. Come "Walk the Plank" in the back yard, take a dip in the In-Ground, Heated, Soaking Tub. Splash away in the Private Above Ground Pool, play Darts, various Board Games, Vintage Video Games on the Extra Large Smart TV, and play the Basketball Hoops Challenge in the Game Room, and/or explore the lot to find many nautical and interesting objects everywhere! While not admiring the beauty of this AMAZING HOME, tour the neighborhood on the **6 Seater Golf Cart down to the Community Beach Access for a day at the beach! (Golf cart is not included in the price of the home and requires a separate fee be paid).
The Captains Quarters contains a King Size Bed, 50" Large Screen Smart TV, a Futon, and a full bathroom with an all-tile shower and Beautiful Custom Cabinetry and Countertops. Stateroom #1 (guest bedroom) boasts 2 Queen Size Beds and a Large Screen Smart TV. Stateroom #2 (guest bedroom) is ready for the kids to jump in the 2 Twin over Full Size Bunk Beds with a bonus Twin Trundle bed all for the little "Buccaneers"!! The Guest Bathroom is shared in the hall with all Beautiful Custom Cabinetry and Countertops. The Fully Equipped Galley (kitchen) is gorgeously decorated with Custom Cabinets and Countertops, a to-die-for Deep Copper Sink, and is ready for you to whip up the Grub for the Crew! The Living area provides a brand new set of couches and chairs, with a 60" Large Screen Smart TV. The downstairs suite, Stateroom #3, is furnished with a Queen Size Bed, a Twin over Twin Bunk Bed, an attached full bathroom with a Tiled Shower, Beautiful Custom Cabinets and Countertops, Mounted Large Screen TV. Let the kids run free in the Game Room that has an extra refrigerator and and a Futon Sleeper!
*** 6 Seater Golf Cart Has Arrived!! Add it to your stay for only $350! The beach access only has parking for Golf Carts, so do not get stuck walking!! All operators must with sign our Hold Harmless Waiver and have a valid drivers license.
*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores.
**TVs are streaming only. Passwords for streaming services are NOT provided. You will need to log into your own accounts.**
*All bed linens and bath towels are provided. A full list of what is provided will be sent upon booking.
**Heated soaking soaking spa is a lower temperature amenity. It is NOT a hot tub and will not heat to hot tub temperatures.
**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.
**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) We prefer full-month reservations mainly during January and February. I stayed here for my 60th Birthday. It was just as I had hoped it would be! Secluded, close to the beach, ample space (even at max capacity), swimming pool, spa tub, it was great. Kelly McFarland, with Celebrity Vacation Rentals in Orange Beach, Alabama was so easy to work with. She was very responsive to my many emails and text messages. She was able to resolve a minor issue with the A/C and had a maintenance guy there within an hour of my call on the Saturday before Memorial Day. She definitely made things easier all the way around. Not a single negative thing to say about this home! Definitely staying there again.

The house was super clean and spacious. The location was great as well. Only three blocks from the beach but far enough to escape windy days and listen to the nature from the river behind the house. Golf cart is a little old but did its job. They could use a bit more pots and pans. It would be impossible to cook for the amount of people the house sleeps. Other than those 2 small items it was the perfect setup. I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

The home itself was exactly what we needed for our women's church retreat. It was clean, spacious, close to the beach, & comfortably fit our large group. We specifically chose this property because of those features & the option to rent the golf cart.We paid extra for the golf cart because several women in our group have physical disabilities & could not easily walk to & from the beach. When we arrived Thursday evening, we discovered we could not access it because the keys were locked away & no instructions had been provided.When we contacted management, we were told to break the lockbox to get the keys. We were not comfortable damaging property or being held responsible for it, so we declined. We were then told someone would come the next day.As a result, we lost an entire evening with an amenity we specifically paid for. The next morning, we were told someone would come "after lunch," making it difficult to plan our day. Only after we expressed our concerns did someone arrive before lunch to unlock it.What disappointed us most was the lack of accountability. There was no apology, no refund offer, & no attempt to make things right. Instead, we had to use our personal vehicles to transport everyone, which was exactly why we rented the golf cart.The home deserves five stars. The property management does not. Better communication & taking responsibility when guests do not receive what they paid for would have made this a much different experience.
