We had a very nice stay. Phil was very nice to speak with. We would stay again if ever in the area.The home had everything we needed.

Nice and clean house I would say here again

It was a very nice house , there was a couple things that stood out to me. Cleanliness could’ve been better lots of dust and trash under couches as well as dead bugs. There were some stains on the walls and stains on the sheets. Hair was still in shower drain, there was also a zyn pouch in the pullout couch in living room. The pull out bed in living room wouldn’t pull out , there wasn’t a welcome tray like it said in the book. Power also went out randomly the two days we were there as well as a clicking in the can lights by the coffee maker and coffee maker would only work sometimes. The tv downstairs unfortunately didn’t work either. It really was a nice house and I would stay again but I definitely think cleaning and electrical should be checked. I definitely think a grill should be added so customers could have a cook out with their stay! Overall I was mostly satisfied and thank you for your historical beauty of a home

The location is great. Close to I215, the fairgrounds, and downtown. Plenty of parking. The kitchen was well appointed. The bathrooms are nice. The homes layout was great. This home has the potential to be a 5 star rental. Would I rent it again no. If they fixed the issues I am going to mention. Absolutely, I would use it every time I was in town. The bedrooms are small and filled with unnecessary furniture. Take out the furniture and turn the beds so you can walk around them. Not crawl into them. Replace the mattresses. They are very uncomfortable. Replace the front four handle and lock. It is impossible to open. Update the sheets and bedding. These are not expensive issues to fix and it would make a huge difference. The home is filled with photos and memories. You can tell it is special to the owner. I hope my review is helpful and not hurtful. I appreciate them letting our family use their home.
