As you enter the property, two beautiful super-king size zip-and-link bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Each with their own smart TV and ensuite. As you move up the glass panelled staircase you enter a large open-plan lounge and kitchen on the first floor. Guests can enjoy the modern, fully equipped kitchen which provides all you need for a self-catering stay, including a wine cooler and Ninja Air Fryer.



On the final floor, you will find the third super-king size bedroom with a large ensuite. A beautiful oak beamed featured wall, smart TV and dressing table can also be found in this bedroom. For added convenience, these super-king beds can be made into singles upon request.



Outside, a privately enclosed patio area with garden furniture and a 6 seater hot tub is a splendid addition to this property.

A 5-minute stroll will lead you to Towan Beach, with Fistral Beach less than a mile away, offering you the bliss of seaside paradise. Beach towels and robes are included. One allocated parking space is provided. An additional space may be available upon request, subject to availability. Guests can also use EV charger on site.
