Sunset Paradise | Beachside Condo Steps from the Gulf
Skip the street crossings and the wagon hauls. At Sunset Paradise, you are on the beach side of Gulf Boulevard, which means the Gulf of Mexico is just steps from your door. This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo puts you in one of Indian Rocks Beach's most desirable complexes, with soft white sand and warm Gulf water practically in your backyard.
The Space
The condo spans two stories and is cozy, comfortable, and smartly laid out for a beach vacation. The living area gives you a place to decompress after a long day outside, and the kitchen is fully equipped for everything from morning coffee to post-beach snacks. Both upstairs bathrooms were completely renovated in June 2025, so you will find fresh, clean finishes and a spa-like feel when you are getting ready for dinner or rinsing off after a long day in the sun.
The two bedrooms sleep your group comfortably, and the layout gives everyone a bit of space to breathe even on rainy days.
The Complex
Sunset Paradise is built for relaxed beach living. The newly-pavered beachfront pool is a showstopper, with a hot tub and grilling area right alongside it. Whether you want to lounge poolside with a drink, fire up the grill for a casual dinner, or just soak in the hot tub as the sun goes down, everything you need is right here in the complex.
The Location
Indian Rocks Beach is one of the Gulf Coast's best-kept secrets, and this condo puts you right in the middle of it. Once you arrive and park in your reserved covered spot (space for two vehicles, which is genuinely hard to come by at the beach), you can leave the car for the rest of the trip. Local favorites are all within easy walking distance: seafood restaurants, casual diners, bakeries, beach bars, and surf shops are scattered up and down the strip.
When you are ready to venture further, the Suncoast Beach Trolley stops right along the route. Hop on for a quick ride to Clearwater Beach or Sand Key, or take a longer scenic trip south through the Gulf beach towns all the way to John's Pass Village, where you will find boats, shops, and fresh seafood right on the waterfront.

This condo was the perfect beach getaway for our family! Clean, and close to so many things ! We would definitely stay here again

We were a family of girl cousins and a grandmother staying for a girls’ weekend at the beach. The place was the perfect size and location for what we wanted. You can’t beat the pool right on the beach. We appreciated that beach chairs, towels and toys were provided. We thought overall the place could be a little more updated. The bedding, towels, furniture just need a refresh. More bath towels, dish towels, plates and cups would be nice. The laundry at the condo was not working during our stay. Also, we went in the pool one afternoon and it was brought to our attention by another guest that the pool had been treated that day but the signs were very poorly marked. There were other people in the pool too who were unaware. My toddler ingested the water and it gave me great cause for concern. I suggest leaving orange cones or a more visible sign when this happens. Overall we had a great time. If the condo had some simple updates and improvements, it could be the perfect place.

The place was dirty- dishes were filthy. The master bedroom bathroom was disgusting and outdated.The patio furniture was old and rusty.One thing I looked for when I book a condo. I always make sure that there is laundry on site when I went to go do the laundry. The washing machine made me throw up. I’ve been to Florida many times and this is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at.
