The Space:

Casa Galicia is a newly renovated property with Colonial touches. Casa Galicia’s Unit #2 is a thoughtfully designed 2-bedroom unit, featuring comfortable queen-sized beds in each room. Each bedroom, along with the living room, is equipped with powerful air conditioning to ensure a cool and comfortable stay.



Guests can enjoy complimentary access to on-site laundry facilities and free parking for added convenience. The unit also boasts a serene patio area, perfect for relaxation.



For those requiring a reliable internet connection, the unit offers high-speed WiFi with a strong and stable signal. Additionally, a water backup system with a pump ensures consistent water pressure and a steady supply of hot water.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire unit and the patio in the back of the property. The best way to get around is by car or Uber/Taxi, although it is possible to walk to some destinations.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Galicia boasts a prime central location, offering convenient access to some of Puerto Rico’s most iconic destinations. With Route 66 nearby, you can reach El Yunque National Forest in less than 30 minutes, while Old San Juan, Condado, Ocean Park, and Isla Verde are all just a short 15-minute drive away.



The neighborhood provides a rich local experience, featuring a variety of grocery stores, charming bakeries, and authentic Puerto Rican restaurants. Additionally, its proximity to the airport makes travel seamless and hassle-free.



Other Things to Note:

-All communication must be on the AirBnB message thread of a confirmed reservation. You must download the app on your phone for all messages to display correctly. Please note I have 40 listings so this is crucial to offer the best service. This will allow me to address questions quickly as the platform identifies you immediately.



-Please note that Puerto Rico is on Atlantic Standard Time when you need to get in touch with me. If it is off hours, please allow some time for a response or search in the Listing Details and/or AirBnB message thread for the answer to your question.



-No 3rd party bookings are allowed. The person that books must be present at all times. No information will be shared with anyone other than the person that booked the reservation. If not followed your reservation may be canceled at anytime.



-No early check in or late check out. If you wish to check in earlier please book the previous night, and if you wish to check out later please book the following night if available. There are many restaurants near the airport and/or the properties where you can enjoy a meal or a drink in while waiting. You could also visit the Mall of San Juan just across from SJU Airport or Plaza Las Americas which is the largest mall in San Juan. Alternatively, you could leave your luggage at Hold my Bags – We keep your bags so you can keep going.



-Puerto Rico’s infrastructure suffers from spontaneous outages. That being said-power, water and internet may suffer an outage during your stay. If it is essential that you have these services uninterrupted be sure to book one of the listings that has a generator; otherwise, I recommend booking a hotel. No refunds will be granted for power, water or internet outages.



-Some listings have fees depending on the amount of guests to account for additional expenditures with the increased amount of guests. If you do not book for the correct amount of guests your reservation may be canceled at anytime.



-We also certain amenities per the amount of nights and guests. If you do not put the correct amount of guests you may be missing some of these for your stay.



-We provide paper towel and toilet paper for your arrival and a few days after. If these run out guests must buy their own.



-Payment processing is handled by AirBnB, so all inquiries must be directed to them including partial payments, payment dates, etc.
