Clean and in a great location! Small 3 adult elevator so you may have to take multiple trips if you have a bigger group. Beds were pretty hard. Washer and dryer in the unit was amazing.

Location, communication, and everything about the stay was fantastic! Would definitely recommend as you are steps from the Ponte Vecchio and the heart of town. The unit is large and well stocked! We will definitely be staying again when we come back to Florence!

Great location.
Nice large bedrooms and baths. The view, however is directly to other building across the street which is not indicated on site. The balcony furniture has no cushions for seating on the furniture. Kitchen well equipped.
Main living area much smaller than photos may indicate. Also on first day, requested replacement of light bulbs in bathroom and was never accomplished.
Check in went well, however our flight was delayed and extra euros charged fairly high for late check in. This is indicated upon booking but seems excessive never the less.
