This property is privately owned, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss or theft of personal property of any kind. The registered guest is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or any member of their party and guests visiting. ⚠No smoking or vaping in building or on property. ⚠No drugs or illicit behaviour. ⚠No excessive noise after quiet hours. QUIET TIME FROM 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM IS STRICTLY ENFORCED, VIOLATORS WILL BE REMOVED. ⚠No persons staying in the Villa that are not on the reservation. ⚠$500 fee for violation of the house rules. ⚠1 Pet is allowed at an additional cost of $200 per stay. ⚠2 parking spots per Villa. THERE WILL NOT BE HOUSE CLEANING DURING YOUR STAY, UNLESS ARRANGED FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $120. ⚠Please turn off the appliances and air conditioning when you leave the property for a short or longer period. ⚠Please tidy up before you leave, e.g. leave dirty dishes in the sink and bed linen in the laundry room. ⚠We kindly ask for you to keep the windows and doors closed when the A/C is on. Our family of 4 stayed at this property in early April and we loved it. It was very clean, and very spacious. The three bedrooms were perfect, as it allowed my two adult children to have their own space. The outdoor patio areas were nice to hang out on as well. Linens and beach towels being provided were very helpful, and having a washer/dryer was perfect. Only thing that would’ve been nice was a dishwasher and way to hook up our computer to the tv for more movies, but overall it was great. Cable beach is close by (we drove there) and probably one of our favorite beaches. Neighborhood and area felt safe as well.

This property has many conveniences walking distance. Starbucks, grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and cable beach. You are just across the street from Sandals resort. Property was clean and beds very comfy. The host was very helpful with recommendations especially a great taxi driver named Mrs. Bonaby.

We loved our time here at this cute little place. It's in easy walking distance of the beach. The check-in process was easy and fast. Will definitely be back.

It was unusually cold in Nassau. The property did not come with enough blankets or a space heater. I asked Ramon and he just said he didn't have a heater. He did not offer to get one or to bring additional blankets. We were uncomfortably cold for the stay.
