Bright, beautiful, and impeccably decorated "Sunswept's" stunning oceanfront location is also conveniently located a short walk away from the heart of Pensacola Beach's most fun and festive restaurants, bars, and shopping.
This condo has been completely renovated and ready for your stay. Free WiFi throughout the condo - high speed! Supports multiple simultaneous streaming devices. Fully stocked and adorned with all the luxuries of home - wireless high speed internet throughout. The condo provides sleeping arrangements for 8 people:
Two primary suites with king beds, one queen suite, and a dual twin bed suite (that can be converted into a king).
Bedrooms:
- South primary suite has a king bed, direct balcony access, and direct views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the beach and pool areas. The south primary bath is opulent with a huge glass shower, jetted tub, and dual vanities. Granite and tile throughout.
- North primary suite has a king bed. private bath, and a private balcony that overlooks Pensacola Bay, Quiet Water harbor area, and the intercostal waterway.
- West bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, and spectacular views to the west of the island.
- East bedroom has dual twin beds that can be reconfigured and banded together as a king and a it has a private bath as well.
All bedrooms have 55" flat screen smart TV's with video streaming all at a touch of a button.
The kitchen overlooks the family room, the south balcony, and the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen has beautiful upgraded granite countertops and is fully equipped with all the tools to prepare and entertain from your home away from home at Pensacola Beach.

Spacious with a great balcony and view of the beach. Gated parking was a plus. Chairs and umbrellas being included is super convenient, but note, they are first come, first served. We took advantage of being within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay, thanks!

The condo building and facilities were wonderful. The unit had plenty of kitchen needs except for a coffee pot that was very cheap and did not brew the coffee well. No cleaning supplies available. Dishwasher soap, garbage bags, kitchen towels, (there were two). refrigerator was short on shelves so hard to place much in it. Upholstered furniture was filthy, and broken No storage in bedrooms for clothes.Towels in each bathroom were frayed and grey in color. Outside furniture and view great. Parking for extra car is 32/day and is in a vacant lot next-door. The grill outside is a joke. It’s electric and didn’t work until two visits from maintenance. The inside of the grill is nasty. I had read a previous post of a guest with similar complaints and mentioned it to the host. Doesn’t appear that any of that bad review was addressed before we got there. It’s a nice corner unit and with some update in appliances and bathrooms could be a nice condo.
