Here is a quick summary of the homes layout. More detail will be provided bellow :)

Guests can access all the living spaces in the home without having to use stairs. However there are several stairs in the following locations:

-Several steps up the the front porch to before entering the front door.
-Several steps exiting the back deck into the back yard.
-Several steps inside the garage entering into the home.

Master bedroom: King (Sleeps 2), private bathrooms with tub/shower combo, and closet

Guest bedroom #1: Queen (Sleeps 2), has access to a full bathroom across the hallway. Large closet.

Guest bedroom #2: Full (Sleeps 1), has access to a full bathroom across the hallway. Small closet space.

Backyard is accessible from the home`s side gate as well as the backdoor of the living room.

Laundry: There is a full laundry room that joins the main living space of the home to the garage. Full dryer and washer available for guests.

-Gym: The garage gym has access to several pieces of cardio equipment. Its important that the guests know that the treadmill is meant for walking and cannot be used for high-impact running exercises. There is also a maximum weight limit of 180lbs for the treadmill.

-Outdoor fire pit: During dry months of the year, the city/county may impose fire restrictions. Guest may or may not have access to this amenity if such policies are implemented.

-The indoor fireplace will always be accessible to the guests unless there are rare circumstances in which it cannot be offered for any particular reason. We do keep a stockpile of wood at the home but we cannot guarantee firewood for every reservation if there is sourcing shortages.

-Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.
-There is an additional fee for having pets. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay.

*For cancelled reservations, anything within the cancellation window will be granted a full refund minus the 4% processing fee.*
-Cleaning fees will be double for all stays that are 10 nights and over
-No Parties: We have a strict `No-party policy`. Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to the owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee.
-No FIRES outside of the designated gas fire pit. Fine $200.00 + Cost of cleanup
-Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS). Our policy is `all 4 on the floor.` This means that pets must stay off all furniture, including beds and couches. Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation, and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay.
