Adorable cottage that is very cozy, clean, and comfortable! The host was so nice and had goodie bags for us upon arrival plus all the comforts of home! Highly recommend staying here and the location is great!

We always love staying here because it is clean, quiet, and has everything we need. Including dishwashing soap, detergent for the washing machine, and all kinds of goodies (popcorn, chocolate, playing cards, etc.) that the host leaves. Love this place!

We had a great visit and loved everything about Joanie’s cottage on St. Simons. Everything was perfect and would stay there again. We had an issue with the TV and she was on it to fix the problem. The welcome snack basket was thoroughly enjoyed. It was quiet at night and easy to get to wherever we needs to go. We highly recommend this vrbo.

This is our second time staying at this property and we still love staying there. It’s so nice having dish soap, paper towels, and other essentials provided, especially when you are only going to be there for 5 days or less. We will probably stay here again. Had a great time!
