You have arrived at paradise! When you add our beautifully decorated, fully stocked condo with the white sandy beaches of Orange Beach along with the top of line amenities of The Oasis at Orange Beach (OB) - formerly Phoenix West II, you really have found paradise in Lower Alabama! Get ready for precious memories in the making!
You are going to love the floor to ceiling windows across the entire back wall giving you an unbelievable view of the Gulf of America and access to the great sized balcony. The living room has a 60 in flat screen Smart TV.
All bedrooms have upgraded, top of the line mattresses and bedding with flat screen Smart TV's. There are two bedrooms with king beds and the third bedroom has two queen beds. All have their own bathrooms (with the master enjoying a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower). The fourth full bathroom is in the hallway. Very convenient for visitors, folks sleeping on the one pull out bed or beach goers without going through the bedrooms!
When you stay with us you have everything you would need to have a great beach vacation of a lifetime to include a fully stocked kitchen, wet bar with small refrigerator, Keurig for morning coffee, (drip coffee maker, and even a smoothie maker is also available.) Our WiFi has an extender to assist in providing connections and it is password protected for secure actions. Our balcony provides some of the best views in the area. We have a table with 4 seats, 2 rocking comfy chairs with foot stools along with two loungers.

This condo is located on Orange Beach, Alabama's gorgeous sugar white beaches, and just minutes to wonderful area dining, family fun, golf, fishing, nightlife, and more!!
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.
* No smoking allowed – this is strictly enforced by the onsite security.
* Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by Oasis security.
We are conveniently located by some of the local favorite hotspots -- Live Bait, CoastAL, The Hangout, The Wharf (offering great food, shopping and a movie theater), Franco's Italian Restaurant, Cosmo's, Crab Trap, Lulu's and not too far from the Famous FloraBama.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was very clean. The beds were comfy. The location and amenities were great. The owners were helpful and gave great recommendations for the area. The elevators at check in were a pain but that couldn’t be avoided with everyone checking in at 4:00. We would return. Great trip with our families!

The message in advance of checkin really made it easier to check in and enjoy our visit. The information was very complete. We used the suggestion to pick up our parking pass in advance of access to the condo. Worked perfect. We had lunch w the kids and came back to an easy checkin. The host communication was so responsive and on target. We had some difficulty with one of the toilets and the host provided regular communication on problem solving and follow up plans. Unfortunately we had to leave without resolution of the repair (not without 2 attempts) but we hope maintenance was successful for the next occupants. There were 3 additional bathrooms so not a crisis. The furniture was well planned and met everyones' needs. The large sectional was perfect family time and the table with 8 chairs perfect for games. Huge windows made it easy to enjoy the views and appreciate the day. The onsite cafe/bar made it so easy to meet the various schedules for meals and snacks based on everyones' activites. One grandchild loved the kids pina colada the best. Very refreshing. One grandchild loved the lazy river the best, one loved the beach. Surrounding activities that were a hit were: banana boat ride, sea fishing, miniature golf and a few meals out. They always love deep fried gator at Tacky Jacks, yuch, but an exotic treat for them. Wonderful multigenerational stay.

The beach view from the condo was very nice. The host got back to us in a timely fashion each time we had a question. The building itself was a very popular location, with a lot of families staying there. Pool’s were very nice and the access to the beach was great. There was never a problem finding a place to park in the garage.

The unit was very clean with every room having its own bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed as we eat in every meal. The view was awesome! We used the indoor pool and hot tubs on the days where it rained and was cold. The only down side was the beach storage area is a risky as our chairs were taken one night but found on the beach and our fishing poles were stolen but not recovered. In the future I wouldn’t leave anything I want to use down there.
