Welcome to The Winsor Lodge, a unique Saco River retreat designed for groups who want more than just a place to sleep. Located at 280 East Side Road in North Conway, this spacious lodge-style vacation home gives families, friends, wedding groups, ski crews, golf weekends, and responsible adult getaways room to spread out, reconnect, and actually enjoy the property.
Inside, the home is built for gathering. Spend the night in the private BYOB tavern, catch the game or a movie on the oversized 86-inch TV, challenge the group in the arcade and game room, relax in the massage chair, or unwind in the sauna after a day on the slopes, trails, outlets, or Saco River. The chef’s kitchen makes group meals easy, and the open layout gives everyone space without feeling disconnected.
Outside, the property sits on approximately one acre along the Saco River, with room for lawn games, grilling, fireside hangouts, and relaxed mornings before heading into North Conway. You are close to downtown shops, restaurants, ski mountains, tubing, hiking, Story Land, golf, and everything the White Mountains are known for.
The Winsor Lodge is ideal for guests looking for a fun, comfortable, amenity-packed home base for a North Conway getaway. It is especially well suited for large groups that want entertainment built into the house, not just a place to drop their bags.

This was our second stay at Windsor Lodge and it was as good as the last. Jessica was awesome as always - quick to respond despite unusual requests. Loved seeing the jacuzzi treated while we were there. Property is absolutely spotless.

Our group had SUCH an amazing stay! This place is incredibly well appointed. The hosts have filled the house with anything you might need or want - and lots of things you didn't even know you wanted. Our extended family group of 15 (consisting of 8 adults including 2 seniors and 7 children/teens/young adults ranging in age from 4 to 20) ate meals together comfortably, enjoyed the fire pit, made puzzles, played board games, arcade games and soooo much pop-a-shot basketball. It was a marvelous time that we'll all remember for years. In fact, everyone in attendance is eager to do a return visit. :)

We stayed here for a fun-filled girls weekend and it was everything we could have dreamed of! The house was spotless when we arrived and stocked with literally everything we could have needed. The bedrooms were very cozy and clean. It was so fun having the bar and arcade room to keep us busy. We went tubing on the Saco one day and it was great being able to walk down to the rental site. Overall a 10/10 stay!!

Just got back from a great stay! The house is full of so many games to play and so much room for a large group to spread out. The kitchen is fully stocked and it was fun to have our own private bar. Our tweens and teens found so many things to do and all the adults were able to relax. Jessica was very responsive to any question we had. Highly recommend!
