No other private home, with backyard oasis, gets you closer to Uptown, Deep Ellum, Downtown, KBH Convention Center, AA Center, Cotton Bowl, nightlife, restaurants and all the entertainment venues. UNREAL outdoor area with seating for 18, lagoon style heated pool with tanning deck, spa, and wood burning smoker/fireplace. Huge outdoor kitchen with bar and 36` gas grill! Wonderful for families. The pool can be heated for an additional $150 per day with a 2 day minimum. I will not be able to be heated if the temperature drops below 45 degrees during your stay. They Hot Tub can be heated year-round and is free to use.
We supply THREE rolls of toilet paper per restroom. If you use it all and you need more then you will need to utilize the grocery store nearby.
The basic pricing is per night based on 4 guests. Each additional guest is $50 per night. This is automatically calculated when you book for the correct number of guests.

We had a great time. Communication with Blake was excellent. We had one minor issue with the hot tub and Blake and Lydia came over and took care of it. Much appreciated. Would stay here again.

Great property! The home has lots of charm and character and is very open and spacious. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. We would highly recommend this property.

Amazing house! Close to so many attractions and great restaurants! Excellent backyard for hosting! LOVED LOVED LOVED the house and will definitely be back!
