The three bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen) as well as 2 full bathroom vacation Villa will offer your family plenty of space to relax and recharge.
The home is centrally located close to Cape Coral Pkwy with its restaurants and stores and the neighborhood offers great options for walking or biking. It is a boater's paradise with the gulf access option and the boat dock and lift if you like to bring your own boat or let us assist you with a boat rental.
This location is a convenient drive to all central settings in Cape Coral. It is about 12 minutes to Matlacha, forty-five minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.

Patricia features beautiful décor and can fit up to 6 guests very relaxed in this comfortable set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts plenty of light with windows facing the pool area and plenty of sliders going out to the patio pool and hot tub.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool enjoying amazing sun sets from the jacuzzi, or just watching the fish jump in the canal.
If you like additional entertainment space, why not relax by the boat dock where you have a chance to see the Florida Fish and Wildlife use the kayaks, fish off the dock or go for a bike ride through the neighborhood.
