Also includes fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, and laundry room. This complex is also within walking distance to shoppes and restaurants! Check out all the island has to offer--rent some bicycles and head down to the Sea Lab's Estuarium, the Civil War-era Historic Ft Gaines, or stroll the Audubon Bird Sanctuary! Felt like home away from home. The condo building staff are very friendly and keep the building and everything exceptionally clean. They are located in a great location across from dining and stores where you can walk. It was very quiet and the patio looking out to the beach is serene and peaceful. The amenities are great. Especially the sauna and the indoor and outdoor pool.

Great condo to stay at. Bigger than I expected. Note that the condo is above the pool, so expect to hear kids playing. View from cobdo is great - live the large windows. Second bedroom is simply for sleeping, but main bedroom is extra special.

Host interaction was great. The condominium was lacking. Heater in the indoor pool only worked 25% of the time we were there. Our unit needs a really good cleaning. I understand it was during holidays and most likely low staff but some of areas you could tell had not been cleaned in a while. Lots of items standing with dust, they just cleaned main walk ways. It was bad enough I started cleaning and it didn’t take me no time to vaccum and move the trash can and some other items around to get a quick vaccum clean. Bathrooms were clean but still needs a good scrub in places, especially corners and around faucets. The staff at the condo were great and the view and location was great. Unit just needs a good deep clean and a good paint job. Just felt like the place was super dingy.
