With easy access to seven nearby ski resorts and an array of outdoor adventures in Ogden Valley, Park City, Big & Little Cottonwood Canyons, Sundance & Provo Canyon, and more, the possibilities for exploration are endless.
The Knickerbocker boasts a unique allure, being the only house on the block with a quaint picket fence that sets it apart. Tucked back from the road amidst trees, this home offers a sense of seclusion while still being conveniently located near shopping, dining, and recreational activities.

- Master bedroom: King Size Bed, Nightstands and Lamps, Closet
- North Guest Room: Queen Size Bed, 2 decorative chairs, ceiling fan, and a closet
- South Guest Room: Full-Size Bed, 1 decorative chair, ceiling fan, and a closet
- Bunk-room: Twin over Full-size Bunkbed, chest of drawers, hooks, under bed storage, and a 50” TV

Great place to stay! It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near both Salt Lake City and Utah Valley. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything went smoothly.

Beautiful quiet and peaceful. We are a family of 8 and everything met our needs from sleeping arrangements to kitchen utensils and seating. The yard was large enough for the kids to play catch with the football. Neighbors were friendly. Very close to walking trail, food, stores and the venue we attended for archery tournament. Everything was within 20min of the house. No troubles checking in or out. We highly recommend this property.

Things we liked:Counter tops are excellent.Beds are very comfortable.Room darkening shades are good.Furnishings and Utah-themed decor are very nice.Flooring in living areas is good.Unfortunately, this feedback box does not allow enough text to fully describe all of the issues that need to be addressed with this property. The most important are below.The yard is a mess and gutters are overflowing with debris and plants. Terrible first impression.Both toilets don't flush properly. Downstairs toilet is not properly fastened to floor.Missing bifold door on laundry area.Kitchen floor tiles are loose. Another bad first impression.Gas fireplace (which host doesn't want guests using) has no shutoff valve and pilot burns 24/7. Serious safety issue.Kitchen is poorly stocked with poor quality items. Many missing necessities (measuring cups/spoons, knife sharpener, salad plates, small juice glasses, baking dishes, microwave-safe containers, teaspoons). Nonstick pans are peeling badly.Barstools are too low for eating or working comfortably.No dressers in bedrooms. No desk for remote working.King bed is too big for downstairs bedroom, should be swapped with queen upstairs.Downstairs shower needs grab bars for older guests with mobility issues.
