Amazing experience. Perfect location in less crowded spot of St. Augustine Beach. The pool table, pool and deck were favorite spots for our family. The walkway to beach is easy and so picturesque. Lots of privacy and places to spread out. We also love the large dining table.

Beautiful house!!! We had 10 people and it was a perfect space and just steps to the beach boardwalk. We spent a lot of time in the evenings on the 2nd floor balcony, which was large enough for all of us, plus it has an ocean view! We enjoyed the pool table more than we expected. We would 100% stay here again. Some of Pros that mattered to us: Location, plenty of walkable restaurants. Two washer and dryers! Two master suites. Huge dining room table, enough room for everyone to eat together. Beach towels provided. Minor cons: not all bedrooms have closets or even a place to store clothes. The rooms that had closets didn't have any hangers. The ironing board is meant to be mounted, but isn't, so made it impossible to use.

We had 8 adults and 2 small children. There was plenty of space and the "split" bedroom upstairs with bath in between was perfect with the kids. Location is right in beach and you can see sunrise from the large porch. They had plenty of beach chairs and toys and fridge space etc...While we did enjoy the stay we had a few issues. Upon arrival the WiFi was not working. We had service out twice (had to wait around for them as manager was not on site) and it was never consistent, cutting out while watching National Championship and numerous other times. This was magnified as an issue as the 5g is not great in location. We also had issues with the pool heater. It continuously was freezing up and pool guy said that it would shut down to try and defrost. This meant the pool never really heated and spa took hours to heat up. This was one of the reasons we rented and paid the premium for this unit as we wanted to be able to have the grandkids splash around in pool. We instead had them swim in spa which was about 85 degrees. The unit, while surface clean, was in need of a deep clean / straightening out. There was some mold around toilets, floors needed a deep clean, as well as grill and things were kinda scattered about. 4 or 5 old remote controls, glasses etc.. kind a mismatched and everywhere, they had a cool shuffleboard table, but was unusable as they did not have the proper wax / sand for it.
Nice spot but issues impacted stay.
