Fourth row house located near the beach path, only a few steps to the ocean and a quick bike ride to the Palmetto Dunes General Store and Shelter Cove. This home is very private and quiet surrounded by lush landscaping.
Beautiful hardwood floors and a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings greets you at the door. There is a gray queen sleeper sofa and matching loveseat plus a mounted 50” Roku TV. Behind the living room, by the windows, is a separate sitting area where there is a table for two and an oversized chair. Sit here and enjoy a book with a cup of coffee while overlooking the backyard pool and lagoon. There are two sliding doors—one leading to the outside patio where there is a wicker sofa, two chairs and a coffee table plus the path to the pool and the other door leading to the screened-in porch area. The screened-in porch has three cushioned chairs and a table that seats six.
To the left of the entrance is where you will find three of the bedrooms, all carpeted. The first bedroom has two twin over full bunkbeds, built-in bookshelves and a 32” Roku TV plus a door leading to the back patio. Down the hall to the left is a bedroom with a queen bed, chair and 32” Roku TV. This room has a bathroom that is shared with the hall and has a single vanity and tub/shower combo. At the end of the hall is the master suite with a king bed, chair and 32” Roku TV and a door to the back patio. The ensuite bath has double vanities with a chair in the middle, a large walk-in closet and a walk-in shower.
To the right of entry is where you will find the large formal dining area sitting up to six and the kitchen with a pass-through window overlooking the screened porch, pool and lagoon. Just down the hall on the right is a room with a twin trundle bed and the washer and dryer. Across from this is a cute kid’s room with surfboard décor featuring a twin over full bunk bed and 32” Roku TV. At the end of the hall is a bathroom with a pedestal sink and walk-in shower.
The private backyard has a large pool that gets plenty of sun, table for four, and additional seating for relaxing by the pool. This area also offers an American Gourmet gas grill and a private dock for fishing in the 12-mile Palmetto Dunes lagoon system. This house in a wonderful neighborhood. Beautiful landscaped and all homes are unique. Can hear the ocean from the front door and is a 5 minute walk away. It seems like you are hidden away with the landscaping and trees that surround the home and with pool and waterway in back. Also a huge screened porch in back of house too. There were deer around house every morning. The kitchen and master bath are dated but working. The main living room has large lovely windows and 2 sets of sliding glass doors. So much light and so relaxing even when it rained. Would recommend and will comeback again.

Location of home couldn’t be better. The lagoon and private yard made this almost forget that the interior of the home was neglected. The kitchen and bathrooms need to be gutted. The furniture is uncomfortable and smelly. There was a gutter on the side of the house on the ground that had fallen off the back. A broken swing made up seating for the fire pit. The 1970 accordion closet doors came off track every time we opened them. Dirty dishes were in the cabinets. We decided to eat out every meal since the kitchen was not functional and dirty. The carport contained construction hardware and supplies that looked like someone dropped what they were working on without cleaning. Again the location made up for the neglected interior and the photos were exactly what we stayed in. The smell and neglect of the home are not visible from the photos.
