Host was excellent in communication, provided every detail we needed. Location was very close to Duomo (can see it from street) and other attractions (Marketo Centrale, museum, etc). Also close to Santa Croce Piazza and off the beaten path restaurants (delicious). Location can be more active late at night due to restaurants and bars. Laundromat close by for drying clothes and inexpensive. Very spacious and comfortable. Would recommend and would stay again!Thankful for the elevator!!!

This property listing was okay. Location is great. It was spacious; it had 3 beds. They left good recommendations for food. They checked in on us a couple of times via messenger. However, there were downsides. It looks more modern and cleanly in the photos. This listing was lacking in cleanliness: floors, shower, and furniture. The beds did not have mattress lining. When we asked for extra towels, it was an upcharge of 15 Euro. When we had an issue with power outlets and cleaning the floors, they responded with away with the power outlets, but they could not get someone to clean the floors until our last day there.
