All clean and everything as expected

Location is great, not too far to walk to many sights (approx 10 minute to walk to Empire State Building). Flat was clean enough however if im completely honest was a bit dated/run down in terms of some of the fixtures being old or tarnished such as bathroom lights and cabinets. It is minor issue but if you're looking for pristine and ultra modern then this is not it. It was well equipped and beds were comfortable. Plenty of spares like extra towels and linen etc. No complaints here and really liked rhe area. The host was responsive immediately when I had an issue locating the correct lock box at check in. Quickly responding and resolved. We had a great stay and would definitely return.

New York naturally has small dwellings, this place is a prime example, very small. Had to crawl over bed to get to the other side. Good location, older building, lots of added character.Few really important things to know, there are photos attached to the check in email sent to you, you have to open these photos to see where the lock box is located. There are about 20 other lock boxes at this location. This property was a bit ignored, here are the items that need to be addressed; 1. light in livingroom does not work, tried two bulbs. 2. Large burner on stove does not work. 3. fridge seals itself shut, takes 20 minutes to re-pressurize to be opened 4. shower goes from freezing to hot with no warning. There is a filter for water in the fridge, this was nice. This place is cozy.
