The house is exactly as shown in the listing pics. Quiet residential neighborhood, close to restaurants, shopping and convenient to all things Redding. Would stay again.

The rooms were very well maintained and clean. Kitchen had enough room and utensils to make food. Restrooms were neat and clean. Overall I recommend the home to tourists looking for a place to stay in Redding. We planned activities during the day and this place was close enough to every place we went to.

Home was clean and as described. Back yard was perfect for hanging out outdoors.

Host had good communication but there were some things that were not amazing about it. Kinda strange feeling showing up to vrbo when there’s already someone at the house since there is an upstairs tenant, everything felt very cheap in the house and didn’t feel cozy just low budget especially compared to the cost. There were ants underneath the hot tub cover and crawling all around the outer rim of the hot tub. The sheets kinda smelled like B.O. and pretty much all of the lights flickered. The shower was really nice and the beds were comfortable which was good. Overall kinda mid stay especially for the cost of the rental.
