Take your boat straight out to the Gulf of Mexico, explore the islands, head to the beaches of Sanibel or Fort Myers Beach, or start your fishing trip from your own dock. Boat rentals can be arranged on request.

Heated pool & spa with west exposure. The pool and spa (a heated soaking tub without jets) face west, so you get sun from late morning until sunset. Lots of lounge chairs around the pool and on the boat deck.

Space for 6. Built in 1999 and fully renovated in 2013, 2014 and 2023: 2,136 sq ft of open-plan living, 3 bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen) and 3 bathrooms. The subtropical garden with its royal palm avenue in front and tall palms at the back gives the villa its name and keeps it private.
